Today I purchased a Chromecast with Google TV 4K. I am starting the setup. Can more than 1 android mobile be connected?

You can add family members to your Google home yes, but Chromecast with Google tv is more of a full fledged device so you will not need to cast as often compared to a traditional Chromecast unit.
