Chromecast 2nd gen already factory set.Unable to set the device.Please provide instructions to set device back up.Awaiting for instructions to reset.

Set your phone date back to march 8th and perform chromecast setup, then change date back on your phone. You should now have chromecast photoroll back on screen, but the app still may not work. I then uninstalled the home app, and just stream directly from apps...the cast button now magically works. If this solves your problem then please sahare across all your media groups. Good luck!

Change date back to 7th march 2025 in your device (mobile) before connecting with Google home app. After which chromecast will get connected and automatically start updating. After update you can use it as before 9th march(certificate expired)
