Kids profile - Apps suspended

Hi,

Not sure if others have experienced this but I setup parental controls on my TCL Google TV and the profile for my kids was working just fine until yesterday. I sign into my kid's profile and all the apps are 'suspended' (Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+). So far I haven't been able to trouble shoot successfully. Wondering if I just remove the user profile and recreate... any help is appreciated

Hey there fahad4890,

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient on this! Were you able to fix that kid's profile issue? If not, I'd be happy to look into this, as I can imagine it's pretty jarring when the apps are available one day, and gone the next. Just let me know what the firmware version of the TV is, as well as what apps are available / not available.
