Problem with IR acer

I have the Model Acer H6517ABD, a Not too old Projektor nur without cec. Why can't i configure the Projektor with the given acer TV IR Profile. My Brother has a different Acer Projektor, which works like a Charm. I am closely to Return it and get Back Tony firestick 4k, because i really dont Like a Second TV remote

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient on this! Were you able to fix that projector issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know Chromecast and projectors play a little strangely together sometimes. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
Does the projector meet the Chromecast requirements?
Does the Chromecast work on a TV?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
