Player to watch files with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos

I'd like to watch my files files (e.g. connected via USB or in a samba share) with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.

So far, I have been successful with Plex for Dolby Vision, but only streamed files from a Plex server. I cannot play Dolby Vision with Dolby Vision format.

For Dolby Atmos Plex doesn't even work.

Is there any supported player for the above?
