I've powered Down and reset my Google streamer and live tv cannot scroll down. Any ideas?

Never mind. It quit working again!!

If you to live and push the down button. You can hear it click, but nothing happens. Grrrrr!!

Can you scroll in any app?
Do the buttons in the Voice remote control work?
Is there any light in the voice remote control?
Have you tried replacing the batteries in the voice remote control?
