Magenta Tv app suddenly not working

Until 10 am the Magenta TV App (i live in austria) the app works perfect. When i start watching Tv am 1pm the App wont start, only a message is there. Google Streamer, all apps are up to date.

Error message: One of RECEIVER_EXPORTED or RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED should be specified when a receiver isn't being registered exclusively for system broadcasts

Magenta Support cant help. I hope i can get here more help. Sry for my bad english, i hope everyone can understand.
