My Google TV Streamer (4K) does not recognize the USB device.

My Chromecast Google TV 4K also does not recognize the USB device. It all started after the update to Android 14. I still have not received an answer on how to fix this error and whether it is possible to go back to Android 12 on which everything worked fine.

Unfortunately no. Rollbacks are not possible.

Seems google has removed the update.

Unfortunately I managed to download the update and now I have a very big problem.

A lot of time has passed and Google still has not introduced a fix that will fix this error. I am disappointed with this approach to us, Chromecast Google TV users. 😪

I am really angry.

Are you trying to cripple gcwgtv?

But you stopped the OTA.

Perhaps time to admit and fix the update.

Not me or anyone Who reads this is buying the so called TV Streamer, it's a downgrade.

And that issue is known by google for months.
