Ambient mode

Hello

I have switched to new Chromcast Google TV , and ambient mode times out so fast where my previous older chrome cast the ambient mode goes off when you would turn off the TV. The TV is in waiting room and I have had positive feed back about photos from my client but now it keep goes out with no signal message.

How can I extend the ambient mode in my new device.

Hey there Mehrdad,

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Ambient Mode issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I'd want to keep the client happy as well. Now, Ambient Mode doesn't have a set timeout period on it where it will turn off, besides if the device is idle in Ambient mode for 5 minutes, your personal results disappear. Does the TV you are using have a power saving function on it that turns off the Chromecast after a set amount of time? What type of TV do you have?
