Google Streamer cannot launch some shows from favorites

I recently purchased the Google Streamer. I have added shows in favories but I cannot launch shows from Crave, Disney and some others on Paramount. Any have this issue?

How far from the router is your Google TV Streamer?
Is your Google TV Streamer 4K currently connected to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz network?
Is the Google TV Streamer connected through WiFi or Ethernet?
Are you getting any error messages on your Google TV Streamer screen when you try to launch your favorite shows from Crave, Disney, or Paramount?
Have you ever been able to launch your favorite shows from Crave, Disney, or Paramount?
Can you play videos or movies from Crave, Disney, or Paramount on your Google TV Streamer?

Hello,

1. I have rebooted the device, checked for updates and uninstalled and reinstalled apps.

2. Router is 2 feet away but the Streamer is wired to network. It is not Wi-fi

3. It is wired

4. Ethernet

5. No error message, just does not give a play option like other shows.

6. This is a new device installed a week ago. I can launch Netflix, some Paramount but not Disney or Crave

7. I can play them if i go directly to Crave or Disney

8. There are no updates available.
