casting galaxy tab a 2016

When I cast my full screen it won't work but if I cast frome video stuff lime youtube it works when casting through Google home it turns black screen and seas nothing sound plays through it tho but it's just black screen and the led flashes white but it's setup and I triedon't rebooting everything my device wifi and cast it won't cast my screen.

I apologize about the late response, thank you for your patience on this! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I know how hard it can be to figure out this issue on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Does this only happen on YouTube, or all apps?
Are you able to cast from another device, such as a phone or tablet?
What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
