When I use Bluetooth earbuds with my new 4k Streamer I have to nearly max out the audio to make what I am watching audible. Even at max volume the audio is at an "average" level.

This is an issue with multiple brands of earbuds (Samsung, JBL, Bose, etc.) and the earbuds have great volume levels on other devices (iPad, Android phone) with different OSs.

Hi @Jaretbb126!

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing low audio volume when using your Bluetooth earbuds with your new Google TV Streamer (4K). I appreciate your efforts in taking those steps before. I'm happy to help you!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

Is your Google TV Streamer (4K) up to date? Here is an article that can help you verify it: Updates to your Chromecast or Google TV Streamer.

Does this low volume issue occur with all apps and content on the streamer, or only specific ones (like Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, etc.)?

When using Bluetooth, are you pairing directly through the streamer's settings, or is there a specific app involved in managing the Bluetooth connection or audio?

Are there any other Bluetooth devices actively connected to the streamer at the same time?

Please keep me posted. I'll be waiting for your response.

Best regards,
Geremi
