      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are facing below random repeated issues on the GTV devices and this is leading to multiple customer dissonances.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;GTV hangs while booting, no response even after the reboot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;GTV shows factory reset window while booting&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;GTV disconnects from hidden SSID arbitrarily.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Request you to please guide us through a resolution on these randomly occurring issues and support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
