Chromecast audio blinking white led

Since the latest firmware update for Chromecast audio about once a day all of mine get a blinking white led. I have to unplug and plug it back in and then they will work fine for another day. This never happened before the latest firmware. Any suggestions?

Try factory resetting the device. That may help. If not then try rebooting your network.

I tried restarting my entire Google nest Wi-Fi pro system multiple times which doesn't help. I am worried about factory resetting the Chromecast audios after the big certificate issue that happened. I do have a spare Chromecast audio. Perhaps I'll try factory resetting that one and seeing if it exhibits the same issue.
