TV(projector) not listed in remote list

I have a Chrome cast with voice remote. I want to use it to control a Vankyo projector, but it is not listed in the listed TVs that can be controlled by the remote. I only want to control the on/off of the projector.

Any suggestions?

Use the HDMI CEC protocol to control both the Chromecast device and your Vankyo projector.
