Supervised Youtube Profiles not staying logged in

Google Support has been worthless but let me know if anyone has found something that works.

I cannot use a Youtube Supervised account with multiple profiles on the Google TV Streamer. If you switch profiles at all it logs the supervised account out of Youtube and then the login loop occurs where one cannot login a supervised account.

For Google to say they are making products to support families this is such a huge fail. A google streamer, using Android software, Controlled by Google Family Link, Access Youtube content is incapable of working together.

I have some videos of the issue and have opened 4 different support cases and each time it is another teams issue to solve.

There have been no errors

I have rebooted the streamer, deleted and re-added YouTube, deleted and re-added the child profile and did a factory reset.

I have had this issue for a couple of years on our Chromecast and was disappointed to have it happen on my brand new TV Streamer. It's ridiculous that it hasn't been fixed.

The temporary fix is to reboot the device. Then it tends to work for a bit until it just logs out and won't let you log in until another reboot.

I tried to get Google support a message a minute ago but....their messages function gives a 404 error currently.

So, it doesn't work and the support is broken.

I to have this issue, my current only fix is to pull the power let everything settle and reboot, then my granddaughters profile works again, otherwise when i try to login into her account it just fails and goes back to guest!

this happens multiple times a day!
