Talk back will not shut off on youtube

I have a one 4K plus. The talk back function will not turn off on the YouTube apps. I tried clearing cache and also tried to reset device and nothing will turn it off. Any suggestions?

You can turn of Talkback under Accessibility in the settings menu. Set up Chromecast with Google TV, Google TV Streamer, and remote using TalkBack - Streaming Help

Are you only getting Talkback when using the Youtube apps? If so, let us know. I believe if you cast from Youtube to your Chromecast or streamer, the YouTube app may also have a TalkBack setting. Just clarify if the above link doesn't help.
