Keep getting something went wrong message on google streamer

I have this exact problem.

Can't post a link to the locked issue, but it is "Something-went-wrong-Please-try-again-later-For-more-help-go-to-amazon-com" posted by @NRHTX2006 in 2022

Bought the streamer in May. Netflix used to work and then today my wife tried HBO Max and got this error. After messing with it for over 2 hours trying the stuff above finally factory reset it and now Netflix no longer works nor does casting. It is basically a brick. Anyone have any solutions?
