When did this issue start happening? Did it ever work on that device?
You said you had 3 other phones working on the Chromecast, what kind of phones were those?
Does your phone have Location Services turned on?
Are you connected to the same network band that you set the Chromecast up on?
What type of Chromecast do you have?
