Chromecast setup using spectrum wifi,

I have reset several times. Go through everything step ok but keep getting retry when trying to hook to spectrum wifi. Pushed wps on back off router that did not work either..??

I'm sorry about this late response! Are you still having some set-up issues with your Chromecast? If you are, I'd be happy to help you out, let me just ask you some questions to better understand what could be happening:

Do your devices meet the Chromecast requirements?
Are you using the recommended router settings?

I would also check out this article on common Chromecast connection issues, and make sure everything there checks out as well. If you have any more issues or questions, please let me know!
