Youtube connection problems

Ever since you did whatever you did to google TV I either can't connect to youtube or I can't stay connected to it. I don't watch google tv I want my reliable youtube connection back.

What is the model of your chromecast device?
Are you getting any error messages?
Are you trying to cast from your phone, or are you using the YouTube app directly on the TV?
Are both your Google Home and YouTube apps up to date?
If you try to use a different app, does it have the same issue?
Are you using an Apple or Android device?
