HI! Everytime I wanna use mi Google Home account with Chrome Cast to play something on my tv, it plays the same video over and over again (a parkour show in Greece). We share user and display with my boyfriend and he has no problem. Thanks!

To better investigate this situation, I’d like to ask for the following information:

What is the specific model of your Chromecast device? Here’s a helpful article about how to identify the model of your device.
When did you first notice this issue?
Which app are you trying to cast from?
Does this issue happen with all the apps you try to cast from, or is it only affecting a specific one?
When your boyfriend successfully casts a video or show, is he also casting from the same app you're using?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

In the meantime, please check for and install any available updates for your mobile device and the Google Home app.

Hi! So sorry for the delay.

My boyfriend just changed his phone to an iPhone (previously he had a Samsung) and he now has the same problem and also, I can perfectly use Netflix with the Chrome cast, so it´s definitly an issue of the app with iOS.

Will check with the service provider.

Hi Jennifer. The app owner upgraded it and problem solved! Clearly was an app - iPhone issue, but they corrected it.
