Google Streamer netflix wont load

My Google TV streamer, will not open Netflix, I am able to open Apple TV, prime, YouTube and all ther apps. I have tried to do a factory reset.

Looking for some advice.

Since the issue is isolated to a single app, let’s focus our troubleshooting on ensuring that the Netflix app itself is clean and reinstalled correctly.

Even after a factory reset, sometimes a residual software glitch can affect a specific application. Please try this step to ensure all old data is cleared:

Go to Settings: From the Google TV Home screen, navigate to your Profile icon (top right) and select Settings.
Open Apps: Select Apps and then select See all apps.
Find Netflix: Scroll down and select the Netflix app.
Clear Data and Cache: Select Clear data and then select Clear cache.
Uninstall and Reinstall: Select Uninstall (if the option is available, as some pre-installed apps may not allow this) and then go back to the Google Play Store on your Google TV and reinstall the Netflix app.

Good day Keven, sorry for the late response I only noticed this now, this did not fix anything, do you have any more suggestions?
