      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even though I have 'Captions' turned on under 'Accessibility', it does nothing!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried watching on using different Apps, diiferent programs, programs I know have Captions becuase if I use a webpage to watch the same program on the same App there are Captions. But nothing using Google Streamer and having Captions set on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Debora,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue has been since the day I got the Google streamer, approx2 weeks ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Google Steamer 4K 2024. Model GA05662-AU&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, my device and Google Home app are up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System firmware version: UTTK.250305.003&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cast firmware: 3.72.446070&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike&lt;/P&gt;</description>
