chromecast power and update isdue

So, l have been using chrome cast powered off the tv USB without issue until l installed the latest ipdate. Now there is a screen that says not enough power and it no longer functions. What has changed and how can l get it back?

To get started, please provide some more information by answering these questions:

What model of Chromecast do you have? You can use this Google Help Center article to help identify your device: Chromecast and Google TV Streamer specifications.
What is the status of the Chromecast LED light?
Was there a recent power outage?
Have you tried to connect your Chromecast to a different TV’s USB port?

In the meantime, please try the following recommendations:

Unplug your TV from the power source for about one minute before plugging it back in.
Reboot the Chromecast device:

Unplug the Chromecast device from the USB port and the HDMI port.
Leave it unplugged for one minute.
Plug it back into the USB port (try a different port) and to the HDMI port.
