Can't turn off Gemini

Since Gemini was installed the voice search within apps doesn't work. I'm taken out to a useless Gemini search. How do I turn off Gemini?

What is the make and model of your mobile phone, and is it currently up to date?
Which voice commands or apps are giving you the most trouble?
Do you have any Google Nest devices? If so, are they still working correctly with your voice commands?
