Stilled picture no movement

When I got nest cameras they worked fine, but now when I look back at recordings its just still picture, not getting any movement.

Has your 30-day free Nest Aware trial subscription (now called Google Home Premium) expired?

What model of Nest Cameras do you have? The following article might be helpful: Technical specs for Nest cameras and doorbells.
Do you have an active Google Home Premium subscription?
Are you using the Nest app or the Google Home app to view your video history?
