Cannot cast to Google TV Streamer 4K

I have the latest TV Streamer 4K and cannot cast from my Samsung 25+. I've tried EVERYTHING and nothing works. Anybody have any recommendations?

Have you tried casting from a different mobile device to see if the issue persists?
Do you see any error messages on the TV or in the Google Home app?
Could you describe the specific troubleshooting you’ve performed so far?
