Hi,

I have a pc that will not see any of my chromecast units, but my other pc's & phones see them all ok, what do i look for to fix it? i am using chrome at this version (Chrome is up to date, Version 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit)).

It was working from this pc a month ago not problem

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that PC issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I know there are a lot of factors, and it can be overwhelming. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

Do you have a dual-band router?
Is the computer connected to Wi-Fi, or Ethernet?
Is the Chromecast connected to Wi-Fi, or Ethernet?
Are both devices connected to the same network band?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
