Google TV remote not working

Hello,

I can no longer use my GTV. I had problem with apps not loading, and the remote not working correctly, I factory reset the device and now I'm stuck at the paring screen. My remote is no longer working. I have changed the batteries, took out the batteries overnight, took them out hold the home button and put the batteries back in, factory reset 5 times, presses the little button and tried pairing Bluetooth and tried using the Google TV app. Nothing works.

What now? Thanks for any help.
