When I try and chrome cast on my teco tv it says it casting on the phone but on the tv it isn't

Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
Reboot your Chromecast, router and casting device.
Toggle the Wi-Fi off/on on your casting device.
Turn off power saving mode.
Perform a reset on your Chromecast.
