Jag har ett problem med en chromecast. Den är från början kopplad med ett Wi-Fi nätverk men jag vill nu byta till ett annat Wi-Fi nätverk och har inte tillgång till det Wi-Fi som den är kopplad till. Går det på något sätt att återställa chromecasten och kunna koppla den till ett nytt Wi-Fi nätverk utan att använda sig av det gamla?

Hi 89,

Sorry for the late response. Chromecast devices can only remember one Wi-Fi network at a time. If you change your Wi-Fi network and your device isn't currently connected to a Wi-Fi network, perform a factory reset and set up your Chromecast on the new network.
