Im trying to add a kid account on my new chromecast google tv but there is no option, i live in Montreal Quebec Canada. Is it not available here...if so when will it be available?

I'm assuming you don't see the options listed in this help article?

Use parental controls on Google TV

Assuming that's the case, this is a mostly a user to user community, so we don't know when Google may expand this feature to more regions/countries. If this is important to you, I’d encourage you to also send this feedback directly to Google. You will not receive a response, unless Google need more details from you, however the team are still reading the feedback.
