Hello i have issues when i casting from bein connect app only it's giving me a black screen all apps working except bein connect 🙃

Thanks for reaching out to the Chromecast Community forum! Let's sort this out.

A few questions: how far is the Chromecast from the router? How far are you from the TV when you try to cast? When did the issue start?

Give these steps a try:

Make sure the app you're having an issue with is updated.
Reinstall the affected app.
Reboot the Chromecast, mobile device, and router.
Disconnect and reconnect your mobile device from the Wi-Fi network.
Perform a factory reset.
