Lights won’t respond!

I have Govee lights (2 led strips) and they have been amazing, working, also working with google , but a few days ago, I reset then, and since then, I have not been able to control them from google (I have a neat hub) and it’s been rlly anoying, I have them on my wall as and can’t buy new ones / replace them. Please help!!

Thanks for posting. This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out.

A few thing: which device did you reset, your Nest Hub or your lights? If it's the lights, when you reset them were you avle to link them back to your Google Home app?

You can unlink and relink your lights and see if it will make a difference. Check the steps below.

Unlink your lights from speaker or display

Open the Google Home app .
Touch and hold your device's tile.
At the top right, tap Settings Remove device Remove.
