If your Google Nest Hello Doorbell was previously installed on someone else's Google Nest app, they should have removed it from the Google Nest app while still on their Wi-Fi before doing the factory reset.

In the Google Nest app, you could try going to Settings on the initial screen, then Home info | Home Wi-Fi help to see if you can update your doorbell there. If you cannot, then the removal step above is required.

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9223711?hl=en#zippy=%2Cuse-the-nest-app
