S21 hey google wont requnized on lock screen

Hello

I have a

S10+

And s21 ultra

And both on this phone i have the same issue

Something when my screen if off and i say hey google / ok google

So Nothing happen.

Untill i open my phone (i dont have a lock screen)

And the weird part is

After i "open" my phone so the google assistant showing up on my screen

Its very annoying because sometimes it work great at the lock screen

And sometimes it wont and i need to say many time hey google and then i realized that i need to open my phone to see the assistant
