Nest mini 2 no sound while playing music

Hi there,

My nest 2 doesn't show any sound at all, both "hey Google" and while the app / YouTube is playing.

However, if you tell it turn up/ down volume, it does, after checked the Home app. If touched the left side and right side volume lights, it works. If you say "hey Google", the lights on the top can show reaction. But no sound at all.

I have tried to restart, reboot,and tried factory set for many many times as per instructions. It doesn't help, so frustrating. Help me please 😭
