Sometimes the 2 volume buttons randomly pop up

Sometimes, during playing music the 2 volume buttons randomly show for a couple of seconds and then go away again. It doesn’t effect the volume so why is this happening?

I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Which Nest device? Could you send us a photo showing the issue? Below are the steps on how to upload a photo:

Start a new post.
Click Insert Image.
Choose an image source location.
Follow the on-screen instructions

Also, you can tap the "Drag and Drop" option. Maximum attachment is 5 MB.

We're sorry to hear about this experience. For us to further assist you, I'd like to ask a few questions:

Does it happen when you try to play any music from different music provider?
When you try to play podcast or radio, do you get the same results?
How about when playing Netflix or other video service?

Let's go ahead and try to isolate first the issue so we can sort this out. Keep us updated so we can try some steps.
