Full electrical outlet installed

I have installed a brand new smart outlet in my home (bn-link).

Each of the individual slots can have it's own name and even be controlled separately through the Smart Life or Google Home app, but when I use voice commands, it applies to the whole outlet and either turns them both off or on.

I want them to be voice controlled separately.

Any help?

Having the ability to control your BN-Link Smart devices via the Smart Life or Google Home app is a great way to start a day, even so when you're able to do voice commands. Let's try to find out why you're having this kind of concern. For starters, what Nest speakers do you have? What is the exact voice command you're giving and what is the response?

I suggest you do a sequential reboot first starting with your Wi-Fi router followed by your Nest speakers. Restarting your phone might also help.

Still not working. I have given the top outlet a different name from the bottom outlet. And I've even given the USB another name. But it doesn't seem to matter. As soon as I use voice control, it affects all 3 outlets (top, bottom and usb). Regardless off which name I use.

I have completely removed and reinstalled the device (Using SmartLife App). I even gave the device a different name, but same problem. If i say, "turn off the usb outlet", which is the name of the usb port, all three off them turn off. And, my Google Home Mini responds by saying that it is turning off the "shelf Light".
