If the Google Home app isn't able to find the plug, set up your device in the Cync (C by GE) app first. Once setup, follow these steps to link them to the Google Home app:

Open the Google Home app.
At the top left, tap the + icon, tap Set up device, then tap Works with Google.
Tap the search icon at the top right, search for and tap Cync (C by GE).
To complete the setup, follow the in-app steps.
