&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Taking a closer look at the picture, you will want to remove the jumper wire, as Nest Thermostats are not compatible with jumper wires. Just to confirm, that would you with G, W, Y, RH correct? If so, I am showing you are compatible.
