Nest Thermostat

So I have 2 rental homes that I need to control. I spent a lot of $$'s purchasing and then installing these so I can control remotely. The day I leave, both, there are problems. Cold climate, their is not enough power. Hot climate, internet is down. It's not. All my other devices are working. Don't go down this road.
