Stuck at 68, Set at 72 (and above)

I have my Nest scheduled to heat to 72 in the winter mornings. It rarely will heat up past 64-68, no matter how high I turn it up.

Filter is clean, ducts are clean. The thermostat shows as heating (orange) but the furnace is dead silent.

Thoughts?

Same here and this morning was 43 outside and my house is 66 - 68 the most
