Google Home App Remote not working (iPhone)

My phone stopped being able to control my TV suddenly and it’s been unable to connect for months. Help. It’s a Sony Google TV

Thanks for posting.

Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and within 15-20 feet of your router. Try reinstalling your Google Home app. If you'll get the same result, try checking if there's an update available on your Sony TV.
