Why can’t I get my google doorbell to ring on my google hub max and show me pictures when someone rings?

dommexican, did the shared link above help? In addition, if you want your Google Nest Hub Max to recognize the person who rings your doorbell, you should set a familiar face. Check this additional link for more information.
