reconnect floodlight camera after factory reset

Camera and floodlight works fine for more than a yr.

I have power brown out. 1 of the 2 floodlight camera cannot come back online. Removed the camera from Google home app. Did a factory reset on the camera. Now it would connect to wifi or fail to add back to google home app. Help. Such an expensive camera.
