Nest Thermostat return

I have filled out a BOXT form twice for my NEST thermostat and have not received any answer to date. It s also very annoying that there is no number to call

@NestTherm so what is a BOXT form, and what are you trying to do with the nest in this dynamic?

NestTherm hasn't responded but, but I was just seeking to assist and maybe learn a thing or two. thanks for the backup however. I guess I could do some more research to find out exactly what it is that I can help with.
