Heating came on today without being scheduled

I only ever use my nest manually I do not schedule times, yet I woke up this morning and my heating was on, its not because it was cold it's 7 degrees any ideas?

It’s probably because of the safety temperature feature. It’ll turn on regardless of what preferences are if the house gets too cold.
