iPhone notifications

I don’t see the recognition and personalisation anywhere in the setting. I have tried everything and still not getting doorbell notifications on my iPhone?

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: is your camera in the Home app or Nest app? Are you signed into the app? Is the Airplane or Do Not Disturb mode turned off or on?

You can check your phone's app permission and make sure it's enabled. Below are the steps to do that.

For Android users:

Go to the device’s Settings.
Select Apps and notifications.
Select all apps.
Locate the Home app or Nest app .
Select Notifications.
Ensure that the toggle is on

For iOS users:

Go to the device’s Settings.
Look for the Home app or Nest app .
Select Notifications.
Ensure that the toggle is on.

The doorbell is in the home app. The airplane mode is off and also the do not disturb is off. I am signed in and the notification is toggled on in my phone settings and in the app but still not getting notifications?

Thanks for the details you provided and I’m sorry that you are still experiencing the issue. To turn on the personalization check the steps below.

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Home app .
At the bottom, tap Home Settings .
Under “Features,” tap Google Assistant Personal results.
Edit settings for the devices in your home.

After adjusting this setting and you are still not able to get notifications, try to use a different mobile device to further isolate the issue.
